The Challenge
Retail businesses needed a single, unified system for daily operations—from multi-branch inventory tracking and customer ledger management to handling in-store POS checkouts, without relying on fragmented legacy software.
Legacy infrastructure and outdated UX patterns were holding back potential growth. The client required a ground-up rethink of their core platform architecture, focusing on real-time data synchronization, extreme performance, and an interface that requires zero onboarding time for end-users.
Our Approach
Built a robust SaaS Admin Panel for multi-tenant and multi-branch retail businesses using React 19, Vite 7, and Redux Toolkit. Integrated a powerful admin dashboard, a POS terminal, and detailed operational management pages. Added real-time Socket.IO support and Cloudinary-backed image uploads.
